Install the CloudWorx Meetings add-on for Google Calendar

Install the CloudWorx Meetings add-on to your Google Workspace to be able to schedule and join CloudWorx meetings directly from your Google calendar.

• Install the CloudWorx Meetings add-on
• Login to the CloudWorx Meetings add-on
• Schedule a CloudWorx Meeting in Google calendar

Install the CloudWorx Meetings add-on

1. In your Google calendar (https://calendar.google.com), open the right panel and select the plus sign.If the panel is hidden, select the chevron at the bottom of the screen to show it.
   
   
   
   
2. Enter 'Crexendo VIP' in the search field and select the CloudWorx Meetingsadd-on.
   
   
3. Select Install and then select Continue on the permission screen.
   
   
4. Select a Google account on the next screen. The CloudWorx Meetings add-on will then appear in the sidebar of your Google calendar.

Login to the CloudWorx Meetings add-on

1. In your Google Calendar, select the CloudWorx Meetings add-on.
   
   
2. Select 'LOGIN', enter your account details and then authorize access.
   
   
   

Schedule a CloudWorx Meeting in Google calendar

1. In the calendar create a new event and in the Video conferencing field select CloudWorx Meetings.
   
   
2. Your meeting details are then included in the email confirmations that are sent out.
   
   If Google Meet is your default:
   1. You will see 'Add Google Meet...'
   2. Select the arrow to the left of this button
   3. Choose 'CloudWorx Meetings' from the list of add-ons

If Google Meet is not your default:

1. You will see 'Add video conferencing'
2. Click this button
3. Select 'CloudWorx Meetings' from the list of add-ons
